General Provisions

All transactions occur between you and Add Life Health Care, a Bhubaneswar-based provider of respiratory devices and health services. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use implies acceptance of changes. Applicable laws are those of India, with disputes resolved in Odisha courts.

Product Sales & Rentals

Pricing: Quoted in INR; excludes taxes, shipping, or installation (added at checkout). Prices may change without notice.
Rentals: Minimum 1-day term; daily/weekly/monthly rates apply. Devices sanitized pre/post-use; damages charged at replacement cost.
Delivery: Free in Bhubaneswar; fees apply elsewhere in Odisha. Delays due to logistics not liable.
Warranty: Buyer products carry manufacturer warranty (e.g., 3 years on Oxymed CPAP). Rentals exclude wear-and-tear coverage.

Sleep Study Tests

Booking: Non-refundable ₹X deposit (credited to test). 10% off promo valid until Feb 28, 2026; limited to first 50 bookings.
Cancellation: 48-hour notice required; otherwise, full fee applies. No-shows forfeit payment.
Results: Provided within 48 hours; not a substitute for medical advice—consult your doctor.

Payments & Refunds

Secure payments via UPI, card, or bank transfer. Full refund within 7 days for unopened sales (20% restocking fee). Rentals non-refundable post-delivery. Disputes handled case-by-case.

Liability Limits

We ensure device quality but disclaim liability for misuse, medical outcomes, or indirect damages. Use under medical supervision only. Force majeure events excuse performance.

Privacy & Data

Your info used for orders/service only; not shared without consent per Indian data laws. Cookies track site usage for SEO.
