Welcome to AddLife Healthcare (www.addlifehealthcare.com). We strive to deliver your health and Medical products quickly, safely, and accurately. Please read our Shipping and Exchange Policy carefully to understand our processes and your options regarding product deliveries and exchanges.


1. Shipping Policy

A. Order Processing Time

  • All Respiratory devices (BIPAP, CPAP, oxygen concentrators and ventilators) are processed within 1 hour of order confirmation based on partial/full-payments.
  • You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
  • Note: Processing times may be slightly delayed during periods of high volume or severe weather conditions.

B. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: Delivers in 2-3 business days. Cost: ₹150.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹2999.

C. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). You can also track your order directly on our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

D. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

E. Damaged or Lost Packages AddLife Healthcare takes utmost care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a parcel that is damaged in transit, or if your package is lost:

  • Please get in touch with us within 2 hours of the delivery date.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we may require photographic proof to file a claim with our shipping carrier and to process your replacement.

2. Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of healthcare products, medical devices, and personal care items, we follow strict safety and hygiene protocols. Therefore, we offer exchanges only, not outright returns, and strictly under the conditions listed below.

A. Eligibility for Exchanges You may request an exchange within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order only if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item received is defective or damaged.

B. Non-Exchangeable Items To ensure the safety of all our customers, the following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

  • Opened or used Devices (e.g., BIPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrator etc).
  • Personal care, hygiene products, and sterile consumables (e.g., masks, gloves, bandages) once the seal is broken.
  • Wearable medical devices (e.g., braces, supports) if they have been tried on or removed from their original packaging.

C. How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Support: Email us at info@addlifehealthcare.com within the eligible timeframe. Include your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and photographs of the defect/damage or wrong item.
  2. Approval: Our quality assurance team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Return Shipping: For approved exchanges due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired item), AddLife Healthcare will cover the return shipping costs by arranging a reverse pickup or reimbursing your shipping costs.
  4. Dispatch of Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.

D. Condition of Returned Items To be successfully exchanged, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
