We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an appointment or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds to ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience.
. Cancellation Policy
A. Medical Consultations and Appointments
- Rescheduling or Canceling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule via whatsapp on our website.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the consultation fee.
- No-Shows: Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged the full consultation fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
C. Physical Products
- Orders for Medical/Healthcare Devices/ products can be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return/refund as per our Refund Policy below.
2. Refund Policy
A. Eligibility for Refunds You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- You canceled your appointment or service within the permitted cancellation window.
- The technician or healthcare provider was unavailable, and we were unable to provide a suitable alternative time.
- There was a technical failure on our platform resulting in a duplicate payment or failure to connect to a teleconsultation.
- A physical product was received in a damaged, defective condition.
B. Non-Refundable Services and Items To maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Healthcare and medical devices that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products which are on sale are not refundable untill its delivered faulty/damaged.
C. Refund Process
- How to Request: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@addlifehealthcare.com with your order/appointment details, invoice number, and the reason for your request.
- Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
- Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer or bank’s policies.
